Our Story
It started the way most good things do — by accident. A mutual friend's birthday in Surry Hills, a shared opinion about natural wine, and a conversation that somehow lasted until the bar closed.
Luca had just returned from a year in his family's village near Puglia. Sienna was deep in her architecture practice, sketching buildings and forgetting to eat. They met somewhere between his Italian expressiveness and her quiet Australian steadiness.
Three years of Sunday markets, coastal drives, and arguments about whether espresso needs sugar (it does not, Luca) brought them here — to a cliff-top restaurant where the ocean does most of the talking.
